I was disappointed with the merchandise when I received it, but within 48 hours the company made good on correcting the problem. I appreciated their quickness in this manner.

I ordered this as a birthday gift/joke for a grown-up Twilight fan and put Edward in a birthday hat in her office. It had the desired effect and more - it was very fun. He has since made appearances at several parties and gatherings, holding up quite well for being a cardboard stand-up. Arrived very quickly, and was assembled in about 45 seconds. It will arrive folded in half and a crease will remain, but what do you expect for a cardboard standup??

This is such a cool thing to have. I set mine up as soon as I received it and could not believe the clarity of the photo. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble. I set mine in my dining room and a few minutes later walked back through and it was so real looking that it scared me! You will not be disapopointed! ;)

This was bought as a gift for an obsessed fan of Robert Pattinson. She was elated until we attempted to assemble it, which consisted of a simple "insert tab A to slot B" type of directions, however the tap and slot were not aligned properly. We had to bend the tab to get it to fit.We thought all was well until we walked away and the whole thing crashed to the floor hitting a table resulting in a permanent fold in the neck area.Now he looks like he was in an accident. I offered to return it but the recipient didnt want me to go through the trouble. My advice: SKIP THIS ITEM and lift one from your local movie theatre!
